A BIRD’S EYE VIEW OF WHAT YOUR SOUL MIGHT NEED TO STAY CONNECTED

Sometimes, in this day and age, it is difficult to stay connected to a power greater than ourselves and to keep our faith strong. Yet, this connection is essential for our well-being. Please rate the level of intensity you experience in response to the following statements from 1 to 5. 1=ALWAYS and 5=NEVER. This will give you an idea where your faith may be weak.

1.I have difficulty trusting there even is a God or a Higher Source.
2. I enjoy a good argument about spirituality. It challenges me.
3. I can intellectualize the concept of a Higher Source, but have a hard time using it.
4. I have defined beliefs but am cautious about expressing them to others.
5. My spiritual beliefs are different than my family’s beliefs and this creates conflict.
