THE IMPORTANCE OF CHALLENGING YOUR MIND
Our mind is our greatest servant if we revere it and exercise it with stimulating thoughts and activities. If our mind goes unchallenged it can atrophy and true aging begins. But a vital mind can keep the body young; the soul inspired and the heart open to fresh experiences. Respond to the following questions and let your mind tell you where it needs to be flexed.
A BIRD’S EYE VIEW OF THE BELIEFS YOU MAY NEED TO CHALLENGE
Most of us have beliefs we are not even conscious of - yet they influence our choices and our ability to succeed. Please rate the level of intensity you experience in response to the following statements from 1 - 5. 1=ALWAYS and 5=NEVER. This will give you an idea of the challenges you might face when attempting to mindfully live with success and in harmony.

2. If I am asked to come up with an idea at work I can fret for days about it.
3. I have a hard time thinking for myself.
4. I am not much of an idea person… I tend to be more of a doer.
5. My mind gets stuck on one thought and then I can think of nothing else.

9. I keep my thoughts to myself for fear of being judged.
10.I prefer to be around others who think like I think.
