THE IMPORTANCE OF BEFRIENDING YOUR BODY AND KEEPING IT FIT AND WELL-NOURISHED!
Our body is the temple of our soul - if it is undernourished, tired, over-stimulated or just simply out of shape our inspiration cannot soar. Our body flat lines, stagnates - we feel bored and often depressed. We truly are what we eat. Food, just like everything else, is made up of energy - that energy vibrates and becomes a part of who we are and how we act. In order to stay fit - our body needs to move - it needs to be challenged.
A BIRD’S EYE VIEW OF WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS TO HEAL
Most of us have great intentions to eat well and to exercise - but many have a difficult time following through. Please rate the level of intensity you experience in response to the following statements from 1 -5. 1=ALWAYS and 5=NEVER. This will give you an idea of the challenges you might face when attempting to eat healthy and exercise.
1. I start an exercise plan but have trouble sticking with it.
2. I know exercising is good for me, but it is such a fads and I refuse to do it
3. I can follow to a food plan great for several days then I splurge.
4. I have a hard time setting realistic physical health goals.
5. I eat, drink or smoke excessively when I feel uncomfortable.
6. I don’t like my body type and wish it were different.
7. I compare my body to others.
8. I don’t pay too much attention to my body and try to avoid mirrors.
9. I like to keep busy - having time on my hands makes me nervous.
10. I plan to exercise when things in my life slow down a bit.
Now look at each of the statements you checked. Use this as your set-up statement for your EFT sequences.
